The Spanish and Latin-American desk has been established in our Firm over 30 years ago. Since the early ’80 the Firm has developed its business to guarantee judicial and extra-judicial assistance and legal advice to Spanish and Latin-American companies and public institutions having interests in Italy, as well as to Italian companies in Spain and Latin America.

In particular, the Desk has a broad experience, offering the necessary support to companies in the process of internationalization, through the establishment of subsidiaries, branches or joint ventures in Italy, in international trade and contracts matters.

The Firm is partner of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy for years and it assists some important Spanish companies in Italy.

The Desk employs professionals of Spanish nationality also authorized to appear before the Spanish judicial authorities.
